As a value add to owning the Abbott Medical Optics iLasik machinery. AMO also supports their Dr.'s with corporate marketing spend to drive leads.

Abbott required a new way of understanding the success of this spend via a mechanism to understand the number of new leads each office was receiving. This way Abbott could properly adjust their spend by market.

Result

The Drs. offices were excited to be offered additional value added tools coupled with the corporate ad spend.

This custom CRM provided Drs. with the process and intel required to provide an elevated patient service while Abbott received the the intelligence required to better promote their Drs. in each local market.

Idea
